Besides having a different appearance, does anybody know if there is a
significant difference between drawing a relation by hand in the
structure editor vs using SQL (ADD CONSTRAINT) to create the relation?
I'm upgrading to v14 and things would go a lot faster if there's no
problem with using ADD CONSTRAINT and SQL vs drawing relations by hand.
