I just got a call from someone using 4D Server 2004.8 on a Mac (10.6.7
/ 4GB / 2.4 GHz Intel Core Duo) whose database suddenly no loger
recognizes the plugins. They don't tokenize as plugins in the design
environment or show up in the method editor list.

Both folders

Even more puzzling, I created a new DB, placed the Mac4DX and Plugins
folders along side it and that DB doesn't see them either.

I also tried Mac4DX and Plugins folders from another directory that
hadn't been touched in a while.

I repaired permissions, BTW.

Anybody have any ideas?

What about creating new test account in Mac OS X and testing there? If
it is not reproducible, then it is something user related. Then try to
reinstall 4D, try everything on the another machine.
