svg edit and web area

Hello,

it works pretty well on Mac (v12 and above) but you would have to dig
deep
into the code if you wish to add more interaction with 4D.

it throws an error on v12 Windows because the Web Area uses the engine
for
Internet Explorer 7.

never tried on v13 Windows (native, which now takes the current engine
on
the system, or WebKit)
